feat: 🌐 Improve maintenance page

Not prioritary but cool if it goes with the next release.

Currently, the maintenance page shows text in french with no affiliation to Caroster (generic page). This update add english text and Caroster logo.

FYI , this page is showed while redeploying Caroster to production.
