chore: switch to jelastic-nginx

Hadrien Froger requested to merge chore/nginx-jelastic into main

We used to have a custom nginx container to be able to have a wildcard certificate. As the solution doesn't work, we should go back to a standard jelastic nginx.

  • chore: Remove nginx build and configurations
  • ci: Remove Ci for deploy and building nginx
