As a translator, I can propose a new translation in app

Validation:

• Install https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/tolgee-tools/hacnbapajkkfohnonhbmegojnddagfnj
• Go on Caroster app
• Click on Tolgee Tools extension and apply the API key
• Press and hold Alt/Option key
• Hover a translated text
• It should display a red square around the text
• Click to see a modal box and start translating
• Click once next to translation you want to submit for review
• Click twice to approve the translation
• Refresh the page and open the translation modal for the same text again
• The new translation should be there and marked with a green right border
