Don’t allow other users to remove myself from a trip

As a logged user in a "Caroster plus" configured event, if I subscribe to a trip I’m the only one who can remove myself.

If I get removed from a trip by another person than me, I get a notification and an e-mail.

Validation

1. Subscribe to a trip

2. Remove myself from the trip

3. Subscribe to a trip

4. Remove the user from the trip as an administrator or a Driver

5. User is remove from the trip with an e-mail and notification
