Chore: Follow up on nextjs update

A downgrade was necessary here: https://git.octree.ch/p/caroster/-/issues/457which appeared while trying to solve this breaking change: #456 (closed).

This is related to an open issue on NextJS here: https://github.com/vercel/next.js/issues/54217#issuecomment-1764135891

For now the nextjs version as been stricly specified on v13.4.12 in order to solve the issue.

We are following up the related topic on NestJS's side and wait for the situation to evolve in order to update NextJS version.
