Can not create Organization with same name

• Log in as user
• Go in a generator survey
• Create an organization with the name "test"
• See the result
• Connect with a new user
• Go in the same generator survey
• Create an organization with the name "test"
• Error: 500 error
• Expected: as the subdomain is different, we should be able to create a new organization.
