moderated comments appear in search results

on Lausanne Participe, as a Visitor (unconnected), I can search comments in the general search fields. In the search results I can see comments which have been moderated: by clicking on them, I am redirected to a page showing only removed comments.

Expected: That moderated comments be hidden from search results
