Add system tests

For now, we can't add system tests as our pipelines and docker images are not configured to run capybaraa and selenium-webdriver.

Takss

• Add webdriver to docker image
• Add chrome executable to docker image
• Make a contribution PR to avoid lvh.me hosts in system tests
• Edit gitlab pipelines to add system tests.
