[8pt] Invite Existing user to Participatory space private participant or to Assembly
Describe the bug
For a Participatory space or Assembly when you try to invite en Existing User to a Participatory space or Assembly as a Private Participants, the invite is not sent. The column Invitation sent at stays empty and the Ressend button is not displayed so we cant send the invitation a 2nd time.
For a non existing user it works well, the user receive and invite to subscribe to Decicim and to join the Partipatory process. And the
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to an existing Partipatory Process or an Assembly
- Click on 'Private Participants'
- Click on 'New Participatory space private user'
- Enter the Name and Email address of an Existing User then click on Create
- See error
Expected behavior
For an Existing User the Invite should be send and we should see the Date and time in the Invitation sent at column and the Ressend button should be displayed allowing us to resend and invitation to the user.
