Select a “location” pin in surveys

As an administrator, I can add a pin form to ask users to select a point in a map. This field must have the following options:

• center

• zoom

As a user, I see in the form a centered map to pin my choice, and I can click on a button “use my location” that will prompt an authorization to access current location.
