Show/Hide geolocated elements from the map as an admin

As an admin, I would like to have the choice to show or hide geolocated elements from the map and the corresponding filters.

Expected:

• Add a checkbox to the decidim Geo admin panel entitled: Hide geolocated elements from the map
• Hide the corresponding filter when the checkbox is active
• When active, the checkbox hides all the non-geolocated elements from the maps on the platform
