Move scope selection with other filters

Tasks

• Remove scope select
• Isolate logics for drawer
• Add scope logic in filters
• Handle click on scopes -> select filter
• Handle pan on scope when selecting a scope.
• Design the overlay
• Design the modal
• Counter logics with "wanted filters" and "current applied counter".
• Desktop adaptation
• Hide/show button to toggle aside when a element is clicked

Note: scope selection won't zoom anymore, to simplify code. Will pan (move and center) to the scope.

@hfroger This story seems ok. However, not sure this feedback belongs to this story, but here it is: On desktop the padding within the filters modal is too big. Expected: keep it the same as on mobile.

Bonus: add drop shadow behind modal and list to make it stand out from map
