Hide point from a component

As an administrator, I can configure a component to not index the component's points outisde the participatory space. This will allow to avoid displaying reporting proposal outside the participatory process.

Test

• As an administrator publish a meeting component with geolocated meetings.
• As an administrator configure the meeting component to "don't index geo located point outside the Assembly/concertation".
• As an user, I can't see theses meetings in the index page (home page block).

Tasks

• Add the configuration in the admin side: Add a checkbox : "Hide geolocated points outside this process"

• Under the checkbox, add the following helper text: "If checked, points will be hidden of other maps on the platform such as the homepage."

• Don't include these points unless we specifically request the participatory space.
